Carly Hazelwood
Carly is our knowledgeable registered nurse. Her nursing background is in surgery, so it’s no surprise that her best quality is compassion. She has a genuine concern for the well-being of all our patients and makes sure they are well taken care of both emotionally and physically. When Carly is not administering kindness to patients she likes to travel and spend time outdoors playing disc golf.
Kendra Miller
Kendra is our receptionist and the first person you will see in the office. She will welcome you with a warm “hello” and a brilliant smile while making sure your check in process goes smoothly.
Jayleen Omo
Jayleen is our medical assistant. She handles all of the surgery scheduling, as well as assisting Carly and Dr. Voge with office procedures and patient care. Whether it’s in person or on the phone, she provides all of our patients with excellent service. When Jayleen is not assisting patients in the office, she likes to go on walks with her dog and spend time with her family.
Natalie Bunting
Natalie is the patient coordinator in the office. She assists with the scheduling and financing options for cosmetic procedures, making sure you’re completely comfortable and well-informed when considering surgery with Dr. Voge.
